Advance booking time
We would advise you book at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment. Once your booking has been made, a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated subject to availability.
Delayed flights
If your flight is delayed don’t worry, we always wait for you. We check the status of flights, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you, when the flight arrives.
Finding your transfer
Our experienced, English speaking driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name on a sign board when you arrive, then he will drive you directly to your destination. If you arrive by ferry the driver will wait for you in the port. We will advise you, where the meeting point in the port is located, along with your transfer confirmation. Drivers
All our drivers can speak English, and are fully licensed and insured in accordance with EU guidelines.
Luggage
Standard taxis have room for 4 medium to large suitcases. Our 16 seater minibus has room up to 16 suitcases. Please let us know if you have any extra luggage.
Facilities for small children
Advise us when you book the transfer if you require a baby or booster seat, this is a complimentary service.
Service time
We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays).
Amendments to your existing booking
Changes to existing bookings are possible by requesting them via email at least 2-3 days before your arrival.
Cancellations of booking and clients
You may cancel your booking at any time by requesting a cancellation via e-mail sent at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Cancelation fees
There are no cancelation fees, if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. For less than 24 hours 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged for reservation administration.
Night time arrivals
From 22:00 pm to 06:00 am there is an additional charge of 20.00 Euros for mini busses.
Payments
We accept payments in Euro (cash only) upon your arrival, or online via credit card/paypal system. Please notify us what payment method you would like at your time of booking. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
